Jessica earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Marquette University in 2011. Jessica understands that medical education is an ongoing process and she continues to supplement her university education with current courses and certifications.
In 2013, she obtained her ASTYM® certification, which is a technique that regenerates healthy soft tissue through the use of special tools. In that same year, Jessica completed her manual therapy certification, which is a strenuous course with a concentration in high grade mobilizations. In 2016, Jessica obtained her orthopedic specialty certification, and in 2017, she obtained her dry needling level 1 and level 2 certificates. In 2019, Jessica obtained her certification in Blood Flow Restriction, a new technique to minimize muscle atrophy and promote strengthening. That same year, Jessica became certified in Schroth Method, a three-dimensional method to treat scoliosis of the spine.
Jessica is bilingual; she speaks English and Spanish fluently. She has a passion for health and athletics, which includes running and playing soccer. Jessica enjoys spending time in her hometown of Burr Ridge with her family, which includes her husband, Luke, their 5 year old daughter, Makena, and their 3 year old son, Landon.

Michael earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University and is an Orland Park native, having graduated from Carl Sandburg High School. He has a passion for keeping up with the latest research to provide the best outcomes for his patients.
Michael believes in a holistic approach to care emphasizing a hands-on style. His specialties include working with athletes, TMJ pain, and chronic pain patients using a variety of techniques including Dry Needling, Graston Technique, spinal manipulations, along with massage and stretching.
Leaning on his background in personal training, Michael creates personalized, progressive exercise programs to help you achieve your goals and get back to living your life to the fullest. Whether it is winning championships at the highest level or being able to lift your grandchild and walk around the block, Michael is excited to get you there!
Outside of PT, Michael likes to golf, train BJJ/kickboxing, and travel. He enjoys a good hike, scuba diving, and a well-timed dad joke.

Olivia earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University. Olivia strives to be a lifelong learner by keeping up with latest evidence and plans to take continuing education courses to expand her knowledge and skill set to provide high quality care to her patients.
Olivia is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and, as former powerlifter, she is passionate about resistance training and its effects on longevity and health. She believes that lifting weights is for everyone and hopes to help her patients reach their goals by building strength to improve their function and mobility. Olivia is also certified in Management of the Older Adult and specializes in fall prevention and strength training in the elderly.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys working out, crocheting, watching reality TV shows, tending to her house plants, and going to concerts to see her favorite musicians.

As a former athlete, she has always been interested in movement science, but has recently geared her focus to the world of Pelvic Health. Nadia specializes in Women’s Health, having been trained through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Her favorite populations to treat are pregnant/postpartum moms, female and male athletes, as well as patients with hypermobility, pelvic pain and urinary dysfunction; but she loves treating anyone with a goal of feeling better!
Nadia has a passion for patient advocacy and educating on the benefits of physical therapy and activity on quality of life. While excellent patient care remains her top priority, she is also passionate about community involvement and education.
Outside of the profession, Nadia enjoys sports, exercising, spending time outdoors, and reading in her free time.

Anna has a diverse background of clinical experiences and is excited to return to Paragon Physiotherapy, where she was previously a student. Anna is currently training in the Schroth Barcelona Institute to specialize in scoliosis treatment. Anna enjoys working with all patient populations, but particularly enjoys treating patients with scoliosis, athletes and the aging adult.
