Co-Founder, Physical Therapist

Jessica earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Marquette University in 2011. Jessica understands that medical education is an ongoing process and she continues to supplement her university education with current courses and certifications.

In 2013, Jessica completed her manual therapy certification, which is a strenuous course with a concentration in high grade mobilizations. In 2016, Jessica obtained her orthopedic specialty certification, and in 2017, she obtained her dry needling level 1 and level 2 certificates. In 2019, Jessica obtained her certification in Blood Flow Restriction, a new technique to minimize muscle atrophy and promote strengthening. That same year, Jessica became certified in Schroth Method, a three-dimensional method to treat scoliosis of the spine. In 2026, Jessica is obtained her Level 1 Herman & Wallace Certification and as a mother of 3, she has been very excited to treat this population.

Jessica is bilingual; she speaks English and Spanish fluently. She has a passion for health and athletics, which includes running and playing soccer. Jessica enjoys spending time in her hometown of Burr Ridge with her family, which includes her husband, Luke, their 8 year old daughter, Makena, 5 year old son, Landon, and their 1.5 year old daughter, Isla.

Co-Founder, Physical Therapist

Michael earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University and is an Orland Park native, having graduated from Carl Sandburg High School. He has a passion for keeping up with the latest research to provide the best outcomes for his patients.

 Michael believes in a holistic approach to care emphasizing a hands-on style. His specialties include working with athletes, TMJ pain, and chronic pain patients using a variety of techniques including Dry Needling, Graston Technique, spinal manipulations, along with massage and stretching. 

Leaning on his background in personal training, Michael creates personalized, progressive exercise programs to help you achieve your goals and get back to living your life to the fullest. Whether it is winning championships at the highest level or being able to lift your grandchild and walk around the block, Michael is excited to get you there!

 Outside of PT, Michael likes to golf, train BJJ/kickboxing, and travel. He enjoys a good hike, scuba diving, and a well-timed dad joke. 

Physical Therapist

  Bailey earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from North Central College. He has a passion for combining evidence-based practice with cutting-edge rehabilitation techniques to deliver the best possible outcomes for his patients.

Having completed clinical rotations in premier sports and orthopedic settings, he specializes in treating musculoskeletal injuries by seamlessly blending targeted manual therapy with advanced performance training. Whether his patients are elite athletes aiming for peak performance or individuals working to regain pain-free mobility, Bailey is committed to empowering them to reach their full potential and live an active lifestyle.

Outside of work, Bailey is a competitive drug-free powerlifter who has competed on the world stage for Team USA. He also enjoys cheering on his favorite baseball teams, challenging himself with daily word puzzles, and exploring new restaurants. 

Physical Therapist 

Anna earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marquette University. Anna is passionate about treating patients with an individualized program that leads to sustainable life-long exercise and healthy habits. 

Anna has a diverse background of clinical experiences and has returned to Paragon Physiotherapy, where she was previously a student. Anna is certified with the Schroth Barcelona Institute to specialize in scoliosis treatment. Anna enjoys working with all patient populations, but particularly enjoys treating patients with scoliosis, athletes and the aging adult. 

Outside of work, Anna loves hanging out with friends, trying new restaurants, and walking her dogs. 

Physical Therapist 

Maggie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University. Maggie's clinical experience includes working with patients with orthopedic, neurologic, cardiopulmonary, and pediatric conditions. Maggie is certified in Schroth, specializing in treating patients with scoliosis. 

Maggie has a passion for helping patients to reach their full potential, whether it's learning a new skill or relearning daily activities. She is committed to guiding individuals through every step of their recovery journey and strives to empower her patients to live a healthy and active lifestyle. 

Outside of work, Maggie enjoys hanging out with friends, cheering on her favorite sports teams, baking, working out, reading, and going to concerts. 

Front Office Manager/ Insurance Guru

Dianne was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago and has lived in Orland Park for the past 20 years. Dianne is a former X-Ray Technician and has extensive experience working with insurance companies on patients' behalf. Dianne is your primary point of contact for anything on the front office side of things. 

Outside of work, Dianne loves to spend time with her husband, two kids, two grandchildren, and her dog as well as watch the Blackhawks!
