We are In-Network with Blue-Cross Blue-Shield! If your insurance provider is BCBS, we will verify your benefits and bill through your insurance in the traditional way. Your cost per session is determined by your insurance. 

We are In-Network with Medicare! If you are a Medicare Beneficiary, we will verify your benefits and bill through your insurance in the traditional way. Your cost per session is determined by your insurance. We do not accept Medicare Advantage plans.

We also work with worker's compensation and are able to complete FCEs. We cater to the individual worker and will create the most appropriate treatment plan for you. 

Don't have BCBS or Medicare? Not to worry! Our cash rates are competitive while still ensuring you get the one-on-one personalized treatment you need. No more being turned away because of those pesky insurance companies. We also honor many out of network plans, call us for a complimentary insurance verification!
